I was pleasantly surprised at how well written and compelling "Traitor" and its followup, "Tribunal" is. I actually didn't know about Traitor and read Tribunal first. I am very interested in this time period in American history. As in WWI, many young American men/boys were sent to this overseas theatre to their deaths (I personally don't think WWI should have been entered into. Many thousands of lives were lost because 2 people, an archduke and wife, were assassinated). I do not doubt that I will reread these books and I do not repeat-read/watch books/movies unless they are very good. This story is haunting. I don't know if these 2 books are based on a real incident, but as the books suggest, miracles do happen during horrible, sometimes (most times) needless wars, and perhaps something like this did happen.

This was the first book I have read from this author. I found the writing to be descriptive enough to make the book enjoyable without making it tedious. I will be reading more from Sandra Grey!
I really enjoyed this trilogy. Sandra Grey wrote three exciting romance stories without having to see behind the closed doors to keep your interest. I bought the set for my mother-in-law for Christmas.
Interesting to see this side of things during WWII. Of course we know there are really good people on both sides but it was intriguing to read a story about a good Natzi leader and his stubble to remain true to his moral integrity.
She is a new author to me. The book looked interesting. Interesting is definitely an understatement. This book had me hooked from the very first page. It is set in France during World War two. How could two so completely opposite people find love and one common bond amidst such awful circumstances. You'll love it and hate, but you won't put it down.
Good book. A little cheesy at times but overall a good "mormon" book. I was surprised since it was a super good deal. The book arrived as stated and conditionot was as described.
this is a great story about Germany during WWII. I found it very insightful. It gives a new view to love thy enemy. Not all men want war, not even the officers. This book made me think, it also had twists and turns, maybe too many, in and out of trouble until it got very predictable. I didn't like the ending. It left me hanging. Did he live? or was his dead wife calling his name and he died? Not very satisfactory.
